About me
Hello! I am a student of Intercultural communication who wants to work in the charity industry. I am Italian but I live and study in the UK. I love reading, writing, travelling, cross-stitching and meeting new people. As I have been affected by mental health conditions, I learnt how to cope with them though therapy and writing down my feelings, hence the idea of a blog to help others on the matter.
